
Meet Mark Winsor, CPA, PC

Mr. Winsor was awarded his B.B.A (Accounting Major) from Georgia State University in 1975, and received his C.P.A. certificate in 1977. Each year since, he has attended siminars, conferences or other forms of continuing education for a minimum of forty hours each year.
Mark’s professional career began in 1972 at Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, a C.P.A. firm. In 1976, he joined the Georgia Department of Human Resources and was soon named Manager over a staff of accountants reporting on more than $300M of annual expenditures.
Mark left state employment in 1983 to open his private practice, and located his first office in Doraville. In 1988, he moved his office to Lilburn, where his practice now extends throughout Gwinnett County, as well as the Atlanta metro area.
Mark has lived and worked in Georgia for over 30 years. He is active both in his community and numerous business associations. Mark is a member of the American Institute of C.P.A.s, the Georgia Society of C.P.A.s and the Lilburn Business Association.
